By accessing or using our website, services, or training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with FormaFit or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

FormaFit provides fitness coaching services including but not limited to:

  • Fat Loss Training

  • Muscle Gain Training

  • Functional Training

  • Cardio Training

  • Mobility Training

  • Conditioning Programs

  • Virtual Coaching

  • Personal Training

Services may be provided online or offline by certified trainers associated with FormaFit.

3. Trainer Assignment

  • FormaFit will assign trainers to clients based on fitness goals, availability, and expertise.

  • Clients may request a trainer change if they are not satisfied with the service.

  • Trainer change requests must be submitted to FormaFit management.

  • FormaFit reserves the right to approve or deny trainer change requests based on availability.

4. Trainer Rights

  • Trainers associated with FormaFit have the right to decline or discontinue training services for a client in cases of:

    • Misconduct

    • Harassment

    • Non-compliance with training instructions

    • Safety concerns

  • The trainer must inform FormaFit management with proper reasoning before discontinuing service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information.

  • Inform trainers about injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.

  • Follow training and safety instructions given by trainers.

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward trainers and staff.

FormaFit is not responsible for injuries caused due to failure to follow trainer instructions.

6. Health Disclaimer

All fitness programs provided by FormaFit are designed for general health improvement.

Clients are advised to consult a doctor before starting any fitness program, especially if they have:

  • Medical conditions

  • Past injuries

  • Cardiovascular issues

Participation in any program is at the client’s own risk.

7. Liability Limitation

FormaFit and its trainers are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages that may occur during or after training sessions if caused due to:

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Undisclosed medical conditions

  • Improper use of equipment

  • Personal negligence

8. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments for training services must be made through approved payment methods on the FormaFit platform.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless approved by FormaFit management.

  • FormaFit reserves the right to modify pricing for services.

9. Data Privacy & Security

FormaFit respects the privacy of all users.

  • Personal information collected (name, phone number, fitness data, etc.) will be securely stored.

  • Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

  • FormaFit uses reasonable security measures to protect personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Training programs

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Website design

  • Educational materials

are the intellectual property of FormaFit and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Account Suspension

FormaFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions

  • Provide false information

  • Engage in abusive or illegal activities

12. Service Availability

FormaFit does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • Internet disruptions

13. Modifications to Terms

FormaFit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
